Description

The 04 apartment is a large Suite based on 3 level able to accommodate from 4 up to 8 people, The style and elegance of the furniture easily create a warm and cosy atmosphere. Conversely to the other suites, the second level is not a mezzanine but it’s a classic floor with independent bathroom always including rain shower. The basement has 4 single beds with bathroom. Due to the large size and range that is more suited for families and groups.

Equipment

Based on 3 level: you have the bedroom with parquet, king size bed 180×200 including wardrobe and spacious bathroom with rain shower. On the 1st level the kitchen is equipped of fridge even, dishes, dishwasher and gas hob. The living room has sofa bed 140×200 40 inches TV, table for 8 people and the second bathroom. On the basement you have 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds 90×200 wardrobe 1 bathroom. The all apartment has free wi-Fi air conditioning and heating. The Suite includes also Nespresso coffee machine, is also fully equipped with linen and towels. Final cleaning is included. It is not included, but available with surcharge: linen change and morning cleaning during the stay.
